  1. Yes, red wine is good for the heart according to studies BUT it is not for everyone. those who have high triglycerides, high cholesterol and high sugar levels are advised not to consume it.

    ...and why have one now if you're not a drinker? there are other choices to having a healthy heart than wine =)
